Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Arnie's TV service. By purchasing network access or using the free trial, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate information. All transactions are handled securely off-site via our designated payment links or cryptocurrency processors. Arnie's TV does not directly collect, process, or store any of your billing information on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel network access at our discretion.
Due to the digital nature of our routing infrastructure and the provision of a 36-hour Free Trial, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for unused access time. It is the customer's responsibility to test the network connection during the trial period before purchasing.
Your access is strictly limited to the number of concurrent network connections purchased. If our system detects simultaneous usage exceeding your plan's limit, your account will be automatically flagged. Persistent abuse will result in an automated network suspension.

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted routing. Connection drops or buffering may occur due to local internet congestion, active ISP throttling, or upstream network node timeouts. Arnie's TV is not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or local network interference.
All logos, designs, and brand assets of Arnie's TV are the property of Arnie's TV. You may not use our branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or displays abusive behavior toward our technical support staff, without notice or refund.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase access or use Arnie's TV infrastructure. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arnie's TV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the routing service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past three (3) months.
These Terms shall be governed by international commercial law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled exclusively by confidential and binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law. By using this network, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
Arnie's TV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the network constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
