Arnie's TV respects the intellectual property rights of others. Although our service operates under international commercial law and is not strictly governed by United States law, we voluntarily comply with international copyright takedown procedures, including the framework of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as a courtesy to copyright owners.
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed upon via our middleware service, please send a formal "Notice of Infringement" to our designated agent at:
Email: admin@arniestv.shop
To be effective and processed by our team, your infringement notice must include the following:
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, Arnie's TV will follow its internal procedures to disable access to the infringing material through our interface. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review and process your request.
Arnie's TV operates exclusively as an independent, frontend technical interface (middleware) and routing tool. We do not own, lease, manage, or have any financial, administrative, or operational interest whatsoever in the third-party servers, networks, or hardware that actually transmit or host media files.
We are fundamentally disconnected from the underlying hosting infrastructure. Because we completely lack administrative access to these external servers, taking down a link on our interface cannot and does not remove the infringing material from the internet. Copyright owners must independently identify and contact the actual third-party hosting provider to achieve the permanent deletion of their media.
We do not accept automated, bot-generated takedown requests. All claims must be manually reviewed by a human agent representing the copyright holder before submission to ensure accuracy. Notices lacking specific link identifiers or displaying signs of automated generation will be discarded.
Arnie's TV reserves the right to terminate the network access of users who are found to repeatedly abuse our routing infrastructure or who use the service to facilitate unauthorized network distribution.
If you believe a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. We will review such notices in accordance with international copyright guidelines.
