Technical FAQ
Why is my connection experiencing latency or packet dropping?
This is almost always ISP Throttling. Use a high-quality VPN (UK or USA server) and ensure your User-Agent is set to VLC in your third-party client settings.
My Metadata Synchronization (XML Parsing) is failing/empty?
Usually caused by low cache storage on your edge device. Clear your device cache, then navigate to your client's data sources, select your Arnie's TV routing node, and force a Manual Sync.
What is a "458 Too Many Connections" error?
You are attempting to route connections to more concurrent devices than your infrastructure plan allows. Force Stop your client application on all devices and wait 5 minutes for the proxy server to clear your session.
A specific upstream endpoint or routing path is unresponsive. Can you fix it?
Arnie's TV operates exclusively as a frontend technical routing interface. We do not host, broadcast, or control the underlying third-party data servers. Temporary downtime of specific external endpoints is normal and outside of our direct administrative control.
Experiencing Payload Synchronization issues (A/V Desync)?
This is a processing delay on your local hardware. While connected, locate the Audio Delay or Synchronization settings inside your client interface. Adjust by 100ms increments to sync the data streams properly.
Third-Party Interface Notice: Arnie's TV provides network routing credentials only. We do not develop, own, or manage third-party parsing clients (such as VLC, custom API wrappers, or external HTTP players). Support for these applications is provided strictly for technical configuration purposes.
