Arnie's TV is committed to providing a transparent billing experience. Because our service delivers immediate access to digital infrastructure, we enforce a strict policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
Due to the digital and immediate nature of the Arnie's TV network access, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for any active subscriptions under any circumstances. Once a payment is submitted via our payment links or cryptocurrency processors, the transaction is final.
Arnie's TV operates exclusively as a frontend technical interface (middleware). We do not host, broadcast, or distribute the underlying media files. Therefore, we will not issue refunds for issues outside of our direct control, including but not limited to:
The 36-hour Free Trial is provided specifically for you to test your hardware and your ability to configure the network settings. Inability to configure third-party viewing applications, purchasing the wrong external app, or discovering hardware incompatibility after the trial period has ended are not valid reasons for a refund.
We provide routing access to a massive, dynamic directory of external network nodes. Because we act strictly as a technical interface to third-party servers, the availability of specific external feeds, routing links, or upstream data may fluctuate daily. Temporary downtime of a specific routing path or the permanent removal of specific external endpoints is standard in this infrastructure and is not grounds for a refund.
For users who choose to pay via Cryptocurrency, please be aware that blockchain transactions are fundamentally irreversible. Once a crypto payment is sent and confirmed on the network, it mathematically cannot be reversed, recovered, or refunded by our system.
You may cancel your network access at any time. Because we utilize secure external payment links and cryptocurrency invoicing, you maintain total control over your renewals. Simply do not pay your next invoice, or cancel the recurring authorization through the external payment link provider, and your network access will automatically expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
